Program Overview

Bounce Back Rewards is a customer loyalty program that allows eligible customers to earn rewards in connection with qualifying inflatable rentals from Participating Brands.

Rewards may be earned only on products, transactions, and rental amounts that we designate as eligible. Not every rental product, service, charge, or purchase offered by AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC or a Participating Brand qualifies for rewards.

Eligibility and Membership

Participation in Bounce Back Rewards is subject to these Program Terms.

To participate, you must provide accurate account information and successfully complete any account verification procedures we require.

Membership is associated with an individual customer account and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, shared, or combined with another customer's account except where expressly permitted by us.

We may limit the Program to customers who meet eligibility requirements established by AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC.

There is currently no membership fee to participate in Bounce Back Rewards.

Account Verification

We may require you to verify your email address, mobile telephone number, or other account information before accessing or redeeming rewards.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information associated with your account.

You are also responsible for maintaining control over the email address and telephone number associated with your account. You should contact us promptly if you believe your Bounce Back Rewards account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Qualifying Rentals

Rewards are earned only on eligible inflatable rentals designated by AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC.

Unless expressly identified as eligible, purchases and charges that do not qualify for rewards may include, but are not limited to:

• Party tents;
• Tables and chairs;
• Linens;
• Concession equipment or supplies;
• Delivery charges;
• Taxes;
• Damage waivers or damage-related charges;
• Administrative or service fees;
• Gratuities; and
• Other non-inflatable rental products or services.

AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC determines which products and charges qualify for the Program.

A product being offered by a Participating Brand does not automatically mean that the product qualifies for Bounce Back Rewards.

Eligibility displayed in our reservation system, customer portal, website, or other Program interface is subject to verification against the completed rental transaction.

Earning Rewards

Members may earn Bounce Back Rewards based on qualifying rental spending at the earning rate established by AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC.

The applicable earning rate may be displayed on the Bounce Back Rewards website, customer portal, Participating Brand website, promotion, or reservation interface.

Rewards may initially appear as pending after an eligible reservation is placed. Pending rewards are not available for redemption.

Rewards generally become available only after the associated qualifying rental has been completed and any other Program requirements have been satisfied.

A reservation that is canceled, refunded, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise not completed may not earn rewards.

We may reverse rewards previously issued in connection with a transaction that is later refunded, reversed, disputed, canceled, charged back, or determined to have been issued in error.

Reward Calculations

Rewards are calculated using the qualifying portion of an eligible transaction.

Non-qualifying products and charges are excluded from the reward calculation.

AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC may establish rules regarding how discounts, promotional codes, credits, coupons, taxes, delivery charges, fees, deposits, partial payments, refunds, and other adjustments affect qualifying spending.

Reward calculations shown before completion of a rental may be estimates. The final amount credited to your account will be determined based on the qualifying completed transaction.

We reserve the right to correct calculation errors.

Redeeming Rewards

Available Bounce Back Rewards may be redeemed toward qualifying future transactions, subject to the rules and restrictions of the Program.

Rewards may only be used on products or transactions that AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC designates as eligible for redemption.

Rewards:

• Have no cash value;
• Cannot be exchanged for cash;
• Cannot be redeemed for cash back;
• Cannot be used to purchase gift cards unless expressly permitted;
• Cannot be sold or transferred;
• Cannot be applied to a transaction after that transaction has been completed unless expressly authorized by us; and
• May be subject to minimum or maximum redemption amounts.

Rewards cannot result in a cash payment to the member.

If the value of available rewards exceeds the eligible amount of a transaction, any remaining eligible reward balance will remain in the member's account, subject to these Program Terms.

Discounts and Other Promotions

Bounce Back Rewards may not always be combined with other discounts, promotional offers, coupons, credits, special pricing, or other rewards.

AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC may establish different combination or stacking rules for particular promotions.

If a transaction contains another discount or promotion, the amount eligible to earn rewards may be calculated after applicable discounts have been applied.

Specific promotional terms may supplement these Program Terms.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

If a qualifying rental is canceled, refunded, partially refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise adjusted, we may reduce, cancel, or reverse rewards associated with that transaction.

If rewards associated with a transaction have already been redeemed, an adjustment may result in a negative rewards balance.

Future rewards earned by the member may be applied toward a negative balance before additional rewards become available for redemption.

Program rewards do not modify the cancellation, refund, weather, rental, or payment policies applicable to the underlying reservation.

Reward Expiration

Rewards may be subject to expiration rules established by AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC.

Any applicable expiration period will be disclosed through the Program website, member account, promotional terms, or other Program communications.

We may provide notice of upcoming expiration as a courtesy, but members are responsible for monitoring their reward balances and expiration dates.

Referral Rewards

Bounce Back Rewards may offer referral promotions that allow members and referred customers to receive rewards or promotional credits.

Referral offers may be subject to additional requirements, including requirements that:

• The referred person be a new eligible customer;
• The referred customer use a valid referral link or code;
• The referred customer complete a qualifying rental;
• The reservation not be canceled, refunded, or charged back; and
• The referral not involve self-referral, duplicate accounts, manipulation, or other abuse.

Referral reward amounts and eligibility requirements may vary by promotion.

We may withhold, reverse, or cancel referral rewards when we reasonably determine that the referral did not satisfy the applicable requirements.

Promotions and Bonus Rewards

From time to time, AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC may offer bonus rewards, promotional earning rates, special redemption opportunities, referral bonuses, or other Program promotions.

Such offers may have separate eligibility requirements, dates, exclusions, redemption restrictions, or other terms.

Unless otherwise stated, these Program Terms also apply to promotional rewards.

Participating Brands

Bounce Back Rewards may be available through selected brands operated by or affiliated with AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC.

Current participation by a particular brand does not guarantee continued participation.

AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC may add or remove Participating Brands, websites, locations, products, or services from the Program.

Rewards earned through one Participating Brand may be available for eligible redemption through another Participating Brand when permitted by the Program.

Account Activity and Errors

Members are responsible for reviewing their account activity and notifying us of suspected errors within a reasonable period.

If you believe rewards were incorrectly earned, omitted, redeemed, reversed, or otherwise calculated incorrectly, contact us with information about the applicable reservation or transaction.

We may request documentation or other information reasonably necessary to investigate the transaction.

AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC reserves the right to correct account balances and Program transactions resulting from technical problems, processing errors, duplicate credits, incorrect eligibility determinations, fraud, or other errors.

Prohibited Activity and Program Abuse

You may not misuse Bounce Back Rewards.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, creating duplicate accounts to obtain additional benefits, manipulating referrals, attempting to earn rewards on ineligible transactions, selling or transferring rewards, accessing another member's account without authorization, providing false information, manipulating Program systems, or otherwise attempting to obtain rewards contrary to these Program Terms.

We may investigate suspected misuse.

Where appropriate, we may suspend an account, cancel improperly obtained rewards, reverse transactions, restrict future participation, or terminate Program membership.

Account Suspension or Termination

AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC may suspend or terminate a Bounce Back Rewards account for fraud, abuse, violation of these Program Terms, misuse of the Program, or other conduct that materially interferes with the operation or integrity of the Program.

Members may request to close their Bounce Back Rewards account by contacting us.

Closing an account may result in the loss of unused rewards, subject to applicable law.

Changes to Bounce Back Rewards

AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC may modify the Program from time to time.

Changes may include, among other things, changes to:

• Earning rates;
• Eligible products;
• Participating Brands;
• Redemption requirements;
• Reward expiration;
• Referral benefits;
• Promotional offers;
• Minimum or maximum redemption amounts; and
• Other Program rules.

When required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice before changes take effect.

Continued participation after revised Program Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

Program Suspension or Termination

AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC may suspend or discontinue Bounce Back Rewards.

If the Program is discontinued, we may establish a reasonable period during which existing rewards may be redeemed, subject to applicable law and any notice we provide.

Nothing in these Program Terms guarantees that Bounce Back Rewards will continue indefinitely.

Availability and Technology

Bounce Back Rewards may rely on websites, customer portals, reservation systems, email, SMS, third-party services, and other technology.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Program or its technology.

Temporary system outages, maintenance, connectivity problems, or other technical issues may delay the display, earning, or redemption of rewards.

If a technical issue affects a reward transaction, we may review and correct the account after the transaction.

Communications

By participating in Bounce Back Rewards, you may receive transactional communications necessary to administer your membership, including account verification codes, security notices, reward activity, account changes, and other Program-related information.

Marketing and promotional communications are subject to applicable consent requirements and any communication preferences available to you.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with Bounce Back Rewards is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may use information associated with your Program account as necessary to administer membership, identify qualifying transactions, calculate rewards, prevent fraud, provide customer service, and operate the Program.

Relationship to Rental Agreements

Bounce Back Rewards is separate from the rental transaction itself.

All rentals remain subject to the applicable reservation agreement, rental contract, payment terms, cancellation policy, safety requirements, damage provisions, and other terms applicable to the rental.

If these Program Terms conflict with terms governing a rental transaction, the applicable rental terms control with respect to the rental transaction, while these Program Terms control with respect to Bounce Back Rewards.

No Cash or Ownership Interest

Rewards are promotional benefits provided as part of the Program.

Rewards do not constitute money, deposits, stored value, securities, property held on behalf of a member, or an ownership interest in AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC.

Rewards cannot be transferred by operation of law or otherwise except where required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AA Tents And Inflatables, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from participation in Bounce Back Rewards or the inability to access or use Program benefits.

Nothing in these Program Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing Law

These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability

If any provision of these Program Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Program Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
